  • To reserve the appointment time, a 30% Booking Fee is required for each service scheduled. The Booking Fee amount will be applied to your service at check-out.

    Your money will be forfeited if you miss, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. All clients receive a text message alert reminding them of their appointment. This is an opportunity to confirm or reschedule your appointment if you are unable to attend. We completely understand circumstances arise but we require 24 hours notice so our staff can rebook clients.

    Refund Policy

  • Gift cards must be presented upon redemption, either on a phone or tablet, print out our cards with valid voucher number. Please schedule an appointment to ensure service availability.

    Any person who has a copy of your gift card can use it, therefore it is your responsibility to keep your gift card safe. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. No change is given and any balance remaining on the gift card can be used in whole or part against future purchases until the total value of the card is exhausted. Remaining balances on gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use. We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the outcome, we offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your appointment, ensuring that you leave with the results you desire.
